What are they thinking about Hinduism?

A question which was asked over a century ago is being re-asked now and has been addressed in length in a paper by Madasamy S. Thirumalai, Ph.D. Bethany College of Missions.

What is the question?
CAN HINDUS BE CONVERTED? REVISITING A NINETEENTH CENTURY CONTROVERSY
IN THE TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY.

Thirumali believes so! In the book Sharing your Faith with a Hindu, the author provides practical tips and tools on approach and technique.

Have you ever wondered how to begin to share your faith with your Hindu neighbor, colleage, and friend? More and more Hindus have relocated to America in the last decade. The Hindu population of North America has grown steadily and is over a million.

Most Christians know little or nothing about Hindu beliefs and practices.

Thirumalai has also written an excellent handbook entitled, SHARING YOUR FAITH WITH A HINDU (Bethany House Publishers). To be able to share effectively this book helps the reader to understand some of the history and contemporary Hindu customs and ritual practices. Thirumalai also explains some of the intellectual obstacles to the Gospel.
